From the moment you enter the office is clean, modern and professional with no less than three individuals at reception to take your information. Upon my initial visit Dr.Shum was attentive and thorough. She scheduled me for a MRI and two EMG tests. The Tech that performed the EMG in the office , I believe her name was Tracy, was pleasant and skilled to the point of giving me a level of comfort, informative and pleasant , again a rare trait in this day and age. She was different immediately and thorough. She offered ideas and solutions. And they have worked well. I'm not migraine free which is understandable but I have noticed a really good decrease in frequency. She listens and most importantly for me she had solutions!
